Shipping / Delivery
All orders are dispatched once we receive cleared payment. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 working days, with 94% of parcels being delivered within 2-3 working days (mainland UK).
The majority of orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked service, however, depending on the size, value and delivery location of your order we may use other trusted services or couriers such as DHL, Yodel etc.

Not only do we deliver to customers within the UK, we also deliver to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.

We accept PayPal payments to ensure a safer, faster, more secure way to pay for your order.
Our latest product ranges and stock levels are updated on a regular basis, so while we may not have an item in stock one day, it may be in stock the next day and it is advised to check back regularly.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of any potential delays and you can advise whether you would like to amend or cancel the order as you prefer.
We trust you will be happy with your purchase from Elegant Home, however, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery date. We must be notified within this time period either through the returns form or via email, so that you may be provided with an authorisation number in order to ensure a swift refund / exchange.
Please note the following before requesting a return:
· You must notify us of any problems / damage / faults within 7 days of receipt of order
· You must notify us of the reason for return within 7 days of receipt of order
· Goods must be unused, complete in the original condition and packaging
· Curtain returns will only be accepted if the string in the header tape has not been pulled or tampered with, no exceptions
· Cut to order item such as PVC table cloths off a roll or net curtains are cut to the specifications selected by the customer upon order and so cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault with the item
· Any applicable free gifts with the original order must also be returned
· You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, which must be unused in the original condition and retail packaging, suitable for resale
· You are responsible for the return postage for any unwanted goods without any faults, and so we strongly recommend you use a traceable postal service as we cannot accept any responsibility for parcels lost in transit
· Refunds will be issued within 14 days through the original payment method, minus a restocking / handling charge of £3.99 per item determined on a case by case basis, once goods have been received and inspected
· Goods returned in the original condition and packaging will be refunded the full product value, minus the original postage paid
· We cannot accept goods returned that do not meet the above mentioned points and they will be returned back to you once you cover the re-delivery charge
